1) In your own words, what is "automaticity"?
Automaticity is the capacity to do things without using our concentration or effort because it's a repetitive pattern that ends up becoming on a routine
2) How do we develop automaticity?
It is developed because of the daily routines, everyday we are doing the same activity, for example: Do the houseworks and we do it withouth thinking about it, and sometimes a subject which is difficult to learn, we prefer to learn it by heart so that it becomes a repetitive drill
3) Create an example of how teachers can change the amount of "extraneous cognitive load" on an assignment?
The cognitive load is focused on develop a short-term memory which it has to evolute to a long-term memory through working memory, so if this type of memory can hold on the mind, so we can say one can learn new information about something more complex.
4) When have you felt that you had a "full" cognitive load?
When I paid attention to the teacher and I began to relate his topics with the things that I like, and work hard, searching for information, reading and thinking about a topic in general.
